The NVIDIA Grace™ CPU Superchip is a breakthrough processor designed for modern data centers running AI, cloud, and high-performance computing (HPC) applications, providing outstanding performance and memory bandwidth with twice the energy efficiency of today’s leading server processors.

  • Up to 144 high-performance Arm® Neoverse V2 cores with scalable vector extensions
  • NVIDIA’s Scalable Coherency Fabric (SCF) is a mesh fabric that provides over 3.2 terabytes per second (TB/s) of total bisection bandwidth to keep data flowing between the CPU cores, NVLink-C2C, memory, and system input/output (IO)
  • Up to 960 gigabytes (GB) of LPDDR5X memory optimized for the data center with up to 1TB/s of memory bandwidth
