The HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200 is the newest model in the HPE Compute Scale-up family of servers. This highly reliable, scalable and secure server starts at 4 and scales up to 32 powerful 4th generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors, in 4 socket increments.


HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200 is designed to power mission critical applications and databases, and specialized HPC and AI workloads. It offers:

• Support for 4 to 32-sockets of Intel Xeon Scalable processors in a single system with up to 60-cores per socket for a maximum of 1920 cores (3840 logical cores with Hyperthreading enabled)

• Up to 4 UPI links per socket providing unparalleled bandwidth and performance

• 64 DIMM slots of DDR5 memory per chassis

• 32GB - 128GB DDR5 with up to 64TB of shared memory

• 16 half-height IO slots OR 8 full-height + 4 half-height IO slots, OR 4 full-height + 2 half-height IO slots per four-socket chassis

• Base IO includes support for one PCIe Gen 4 x16 OCP slot, 8 SATA drives via VROC, two (2) system USB 3.0 ports on the back, one (1) system USB and one (1) RMC USB port on the front panel. The RMC USB can be connected to USB to ethernet adapter as a management LAN connection.

• Internal storage up to 16 drive bays and optional DVD, Varies based on I/O support selected

• HPE Compute Scale-up Server 3200 Error Analysis Engine for better diagnostics, self-healing and mission-critical reliability
