Overview

USSD Framework and the USSD menu designer are two prime components of the well-proven and industry recognized hSenid’s USSD suite. hSenid’s USSD framework enables an excellent environment for deploying and managing USSD applications of service providers and thereby ensuring a rich and quality app creation environment for its end users. On the other hand, hSenid’s Menu Designer enables simplified designing and development of USSD menus by providing a simple and user-friendly interface. The Main intention and the aspect of the hSenid’s Menu designer are to ensure that even an audience who doesn’t possess higher technical complex knowledge gets the opportunity to create and deploy USSD menus without a hassle.

Simple Drag and Drop Menu Creation Canvas: A simple and user-friendly interface allows leveraging the platform to its fullest extent for a person even from a non-technical background.
Dynamic Menus: Subject to the user’s current state or previous actions menus will be generated. This component enables the user to make dynamic changes to USSD application menus based on various plans.
Preferred Activities: Tracking and listing out of mostly accessed USSD operations of a particular user to improve the experience of the user when obtaining regular services via USSD applications.
Supports Multiple Languages: The ability to configure existing menus in multiple languages paves the way to deliver a localized service
Menu Shortcuts: Provides the ability to configure navigation buttons as shortcuts in App creation steering a smooth flow between USSD menu pages
