License costs for Developers and OEM customers?

This SDK includes Deal Open Source MIT and two optional types of licenses as support subscritions for Developer (Perpetual license) and OEM (annual
subscription) customers. Developer License is for in-house use only to do software for in-house
usage and OEM License is for to do project for own customers.
Developer License will cost 2000 € + VAT per developer with one year up-dates and support and
OEM License will cost 10000 € + VAT per year as annual subscription for one software and for
one customer up to 100 customers in SaaS based software. OEM agreement price will increase
when customer get more customers for them SaaS software from start of 100 customers and
when this SaaS based software gets 10000+ customers price will not increase anymore to
higher.
