Multiarch Tuning Red Hat

The Multiarch Tuning Operator enhances the operational experience within multi-architecture clusters, and single-architecture clusters migrating to a multi-architecture compute configuration. This Operator implements the ClusterPodPlacementConfig custom resource to support architecture-aware workload scheduling. When you create a ClusterPodPlacementConfig object, the Operator deploys an operand. When a pod is created, the operand adds a scheduling gate, computes a scheduling predicate based on supported architectures, integrates it as a nodeAffinity requirement in the pod spec, then removes the gate. The workload is then scheduled on nodes with supported architectures. Available in 4.16+ OpenShift Clusters from the Red Hat Operators catalog.
