JPL Cloud Native User Equipment Capability Management Function (UCMF) for 4G and 5G network services
The User Equipment Capability Management Function (UCMF) is a standard 3GPP entity responsible for storing the capability dictionary of connected user equipment and provides this information to other
functions in the network.
The UCMF is used for storage of dictionary entries corresponding to either PLMN-assigned or
manufacturer-assigned UE Radio Capability IDs. Any NF can subscribe with UCMF to obtain new values
of UE Radio Capability ID assigned to UE for the purpose of caching them locally.
Allows NFs to subscribe and receive notifications of UE radio capability
changes.
This service lets consumers create or query the capability dictionary entries
available in the UCMF. It provides information related to PLMN-created or manufacturer-assigned
capability IDs.
Allows the NF consumer to perform all service operations (either
manufacturer-assigned or PLMN-assigned) for the corresponding UE radio capabilities.
This matrix displays product versions and their claimed compatibility with Red Hat platforms, as provided by the partner through Partner Validations and the Red Hat Certifications.
