NIx Platform Partner Validated

NIx Platform runs on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (version 4.10 or later) and uses Red Hat AI for ML inference, anomaly detection and predictive analytics. OpenShift provides the containerised runtime, orchestration and scaling layer for all five platform components. Red Hat OpenShift AI is recommended for teams wanting to manage model lifecycle, retraining pipelines and GPU workloads directly. No other Red Hat products are strictly required, though OpenShift Data Foundation can optionally be used for persistent storage.

NIx Platform's composable architecture is designed for incremental deployment. You can start with NIx Ingestor and NIx ML Store to establish the data foundation, then add NIx Analyser for KPI processing, NIx ML Inferer for AI capabilities and NIx Insights for dashboards as your requirements evolve. Application modules — NIx PM, NIx CEM, NIx RAN and NIx Agents — can also be added independently on top of the core platform. Future Connections sizes and sequences deployments based on your priority use cases.

NIx Platform supports all major telecom vendors out of the box including Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, Cisco and Samsung across RAN, voice core, data core (EPC/4G and 5G core), transmission and virtualised workloads. NIx Ingestor processes millions of records daily with 99% data accuracy, and NIx ML Store scales to petabyte-level storage with sub-second query response and 99.99% availability. New vendor integrations can be added through NIx Ingestor's extensible connector framework.

NIx Platform leverages Red Hat OpenShift's native security capabilities including role-based access control (RBAC), network policies and encryption at rest and in transit. Multi-tenancy is configurable across all platform components, enabling different access levels for engineering, operations, support and management personas. Data retention policies are configurable per data type to meet regional regulatory and privacy requirements.
