Your team asks plain-language questions. The agent checks the answer against the standards that govern the asset, whether international, domain-specific, or your own, and responds with the source cited and an audit trail. When it cannot ground an answer, it says so honestly instead of guessing.

Every draft answer passes deterministic checkers before a customer sees it: citations must exist in the source, numbers must be present in the source material, no facility or identifier may be invented, and acronym expansions must match the reference library in both written directions. A guard never invents a correction: it repairs, withdraws, or declines, and records what it did.

The agent reads the live record in your own system of record, for example IBM Maximo, and answers from what is actually there: record lookups, counts read rather than estimated, and per-asset compliance checks. It reads, cites, and never fabricates. When no system is connected, it says so honestly instead of implying one.

Installs on Red Hat OpenShift with a single Helm command under the default restricted-v2 security context, runs as an arbitrary UID with no security exceptions, and verifies itself with a built-in Helm test. The platform validation is backed by the vendor published test suite.

Every answer records what the agent read, what it cited, and what each guard did. When a guard repairs, withdraws, or declines a draft answer, that action is recorded too. Nothing reaches a customer without its provenance.
