Union Memory UH810a series NVMe PCIe SSD is high-performance storage and acceleration components, with high performance、reliability, fast response, greatly improving storage IO performance.

Overview

1.1 Overview

The data interface of the UH810a is PCIe 4.0 x4 and consists of 2 series, namely:

UH810a series: standard 2.5-inch disk, interface form is SFF-8639.

It is suitable for business scenarios where read/write is mixed.

UH810a provides a variety of individual product capacities and specifications to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

UH810a series provides single disk capacity: 1.92TB, 3.84TB, 7.68TB

2.1 Performance characteristics

High-performance Union Memory Phoenix 8020 ASIC SSD controller.

Support NVMe standard and multi-queue IO technology to improve SSD performance and QoS performance.

2.2 Reliability characteristics

Enhanced LDPC error correction algorithm: provides higher error correction ability than Flash particles, bringing effective guarantee for the reliability of the device.

Built-in RAID algorithm: Based on intelligent RAID algorithm, when the media data is wrong, the data can be recovered.

Intelligent wear balance technology: intelligent equalization of Flash particle wear pressure, effectively extend the service life of equipment.

Intelligent FSP algorithm: Combined with media characteristics, it provides faster and more reliable data storage services through intelligent FSP algorithm.

Data inspection technology: periodic inspection data to prevent errors in advance.

Support power loss protection: When the server is abnormally powered down, ensure that the data in the hard disk is not lost.

End-to-end data protection: Users can be protected through the DIF domain, and data is protected by verification when transmitted between modules inside the platter.

2.3 Serviceability features

Support in-band online upgrade, convenient for customers to carry out daily maintenance.

Support device management by accessing out-of-band channels; Information that supports device management such as model, capacity, temperature, lifespan, and health status is displayed through a graphical interface.

Complete command line management function, users can carry out daily device management through various commands.

Asset management function, provide production date, serial number and other information to facilitate asset management
