OnLogic MC510-55

An actively cooled industrial computer, delivering reliable, versatile performance powered by Intel 12th or 13th gen processing.

Overview

INTEL 13TH GEN PERFORMANCE HYBRID PROCESSING

The MC510-55 can be configured with a range of Intel 12th or 13th Generation processors to match the demands of your application. By combining performance and efficiency cores, Intel’s performance hybrid architecture efficiently distributes resources depending on the workload. Performance cores are deployed to accomplish complex workloads while efficiency cores focus on multi-threaded throughput, handling less power-hungry tasks as needed. This architecture helps the MC510-50 to excel at a wide range of advanced automation tasks, including AI inferencing.

ENGINEERED TO LAST

Designed with industrial and embedded applications in mind, the MC510-55 utilizes an all-metal enclosure that looks equally at home on a workstation as it does in a control cabinet. The cross-case ventilation is optimized for low noise and reliable, 24/7 operation. The chassis works to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and ensure effective heat convection from internal components. Optional wall, DIN, and VESA mounting brackets make the MC510-55 easy to securely install on vertical or horizontal surfaces. RoHS, FCC, CE, and UL certifications, along with an industrial lifecycle of at least 5 years, help provide peace of mind that the MC510-55 is ready to support your project now and well into the future.

EASY TO INTERFACE WITH

The MC510-55 is outfitted with a wide range of industry-focused I/O. 6x USB and 4x COM let you easily connect your peripherals and supporting equipment. HDMI and 2x DisplayPort give you triple display support while a pair of 2.5 Gigabit LAN ports provide lightning fast network access. Additional expansion is available via M.2 (Key E, 2230) with PCIe x1, USB 2.0, and CNVi for Wireless, and M.2 (Key B, 3042/3052) with PCIe x1/USB3.2 Gen1/USB 2.0 and SIM for 4G/5G.

CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY

This system can be configured with an integrated cellular modem, pre-certified to operate on many of the world’s most popular cellular carrier networks using a SIM card. Our 4G capable hardware is ideal for today's mobile, edge computing, and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications. The wireless connectivity has been tested to operate reliably in challenging Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) environments (EN 300 328, EN 301 908-2, EN 301 489-17, EN 301 489-52). Many of our systems also include co-location options allowing you to implement Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, in addition to cellular connectivity, at the same time. To take advantage of cellular connectivity, simply configure your system with one of our available cellular modems and then contact your carrier to activate.
