DZS Xtreme Slice Management Function Partner Validated

A Communication Services Management Function is a 3GPP industry standard entity that knows the networking parameters that are used to deploy a network slice in compliance with the customer's specification of the Communication Service. The APIs and Network Resource Model in TS 28.531, 28.540/541 define the building blocks to meet the requirements. The DZS CSMF uses industry standard TMF northbound open APIs to integrate with OSS/BSS and other workflow based systems.

The DZS Network Slice Management Function is a 3GPP industry-standard entity that includes NFV-Orchestration (NFVO) capabilities to configure/reconfigure all constituent network functions (PNF, VNF) of the network service. It provides slice design, slice resource management, slice onboarding, and slice verification. It also includes policies to automate closed loops, such as policy-driven scaling and healing in a simple, repeatable template-driven manner.

The DZS Network Slice Subnet Management Function is a 3GPP industry-standard entity that provides the ability to support end-to-end slice orchestration on 5G wireless broadband networks. It includes core, RAN and transport NSSMF components to manage a variety of tasks that include provisioning of network slice instances, slice assurance, slice supervision management services, capacity & dimensioning, and Network Resource Model Operations.
