The Red Hat Ecosystem Catalog is the official source for discovering and learning more about the Red Hat Ecosystem of both Red Hat and certified third-party products and services.
We’re the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source solutions—including Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes. We deliver hardened solutions that make it easier for enterprises to work across platforms and environments, from the core datacenter to the network edge.

ZXUN RCP provides the convergent policy and charging control functions of PCRF and PCF, and the data analytics function of NWDAF.
As PCRF and PCF, ZXUN RCP supports the following application scenarios:
1.Data Services: Admission control, FUP, BOD, roaming control, anti-bill shock, AM&UE policy control, etc.
2.Voice Services: VoLTE/VoNR resource reservation, emergency call support, location query, charging correlation, etc.
3.Capability Exposure: Integrates with SCEF/NEF to expose QoS/traffic control capabilities to third-party APPs.
As NWDAF, ZXUN RCP supports the following application scenarios:
Integrates with peripheral NFs or systems to provide data analysis for 5G network, and generates user, network, and service profiles via advanced algorithms, thus facilitating closed-loop policy control.
Based on Cloud Native architecture, ZXUN RCP consists of micro-services, which are self-organized and self-managed in services. It supports container technology and run in the CaaS platform to support light-weight deployment. And the stateless architecture of the system makes it easy to scale in/out, upgrade, recover from faults and expand.
Convergence of PCRF and PCF, facilitating smooth evolution of the system, unifies O&M and reducing investment costs.
Multi-dimensional policy management, pipeline capability exposure and multi-dimensional profiling.
Providing differentiated services for different users, and helping operators enhance user experience, and increase ARPU value.
Providing hierarchical and real-time service QoS guarantee of closed-loop based on real requirements and RAN status to improve the guarantee effect and make full use of RAN resources.
ZXUN RCP architecture ensures there is no single point failure in the system. All of its internal components work in either 1+1 active/standby mode or N+M active/active mode. And it also supports geo-redundancy.
ZXUN RCP provides perfect operation and maintenance functions, including fault management, performance management, preventive maintenance, MML, tracing (including signaling trace and failure observation) and so on.
