Description

Instana is a fully automatic application performance monitoring (APM) solution that makes it easy to visualize and manage the performance of your infrastructure, middleware and services no matter how your application is built: in the cloud, using microservices or running in containers.

Specifically built for cloud native, containerized, microservice architectures, Instana delivers complete visibility into every aspect of your application stack. As your team drives their CI/CD process, Instana continuously discovers, and automatically monitors the performance and quality of the changing application. Customers using Instana are able to gain visibility, align IT to business value and reduce costs by optimizing operations.

Instana is built for easy deployment and maintenance automating all aspects of initial Agent installation and ongoing configuration. All you need to do is deploy the Agent, one per host, and the rest is automatic.  Unlike other APM’s, Instana only requires you to install a single agent per host which continuously detects all containers and the application’s technologies then automatically collects all metrics and traces. Many customers utilize Ansible or OpenShift to automate deployment of the Agent.

Instana applies AI in realtime to deliver impact analysis, operational health and performance visibility empowering the DevOps organization with actionable information on how to fix problems and improve operations. Visit instana.com/trial to access your free trial!
